AC-62
19 July 2023AZ-45
AZ-45 is a modern aluminium system used for making interior architectural elements that do not require thermal insulation, such as: partition walls, windows, doors, including sliding, swing, folding and automatic doors, vestibules, display windows, checkouts, showcases, bent structures, etc. The structural depth of sections is: 52.6 mm for window sash profiles and 44.6 mm for other sections. We offer profiles adapted to traditional surface hinges and profiles with a Euro-groove for clamp hinges. Fillings acceptable in the range of 1–28 mm. The fillings can be single or composite glazing or sandwich panels, (cellular or solid) polycarbonate, furniture boards, steel or aluminium sheet (combined with polyurethane, polystyrene or hard mineral wool). Depending on the filling thickness, appropriate glazing beads and gaskets made of EPDM are selected.
The AZ-45 system has the National Technical Assessment ITB-KOT-2021/2056, 1st edition.
Additional information:
- Profiles are pressed from the EN AW-6060 alloy according to PN-EN 573-3:2009.
- Dimension and shape tolerances are in accordance with PN-EN 12020-2:2001.
- Rectangular connections of sections are done by trimming the profiles at 45˚ and inserting a corner into the profile chamber, which can be pinned, twisted or crimped.
- Transverse connections are made with aluminium connectors, which should be pinned or screwed.
- A characteristic feature of the system is its close connection with the AC-62 insulated window and door system as well as other Morad systems.
- This constructional assumption has made it possible to obtain and apply many compatible elements in these systems, such as common glazing beads, corners, sealing strips, glazing and cover gaskets, common fittings and accessories.
-One of the effects of unification is the almost identical external and internal appearance of finished products.
