The AF-50 post and beam wall system by Morad guarantees an excellent visual effect and perfect protection against weather conditions. Thanks to the flexibility of the system, it is possible to construct concave and convex walls, create corner fragments, broken horizontally and vertically, so the system it ideal for making various structures, from a typical curtain wall, to the extension of the wall with large glazing surfaces, attached to existing buildings or to specially-prepared spatial steel structures. Thanks to the large drainage channels in the posts, the system works perfectly as a roof structure, a skylight or a winter garden.

The visual width of sections is 50 mm, and the post and beams of appropriate depth are selected depending on the statics requirements. The profiles of posts and beams may be additionally reinforced by inserting a standard rectangular pipe into the profile chamber. You can use fillings with thickness ranging from 1 to 45 mm. High-class thermal and acoustic insulation is possible thanks to special EPDM gaskets and PVC insulators. Profiles are pressed from the EN AW-6060 alloy according to PN-EN 573-3:2009. Dimension and shape tolerances are in accordance with PN-EN 12020-2:2001. All Morad systems are mutually compatible, so there are no problems with combining the window and door systems to create comprehensive solutions, which gives designers great freedom in designing architectural structures.
