An insulated system intended for external enclosures for windows, doors and displays. It is possible to make sliding, folding and automatic doors, windows opening both inwards and outwards or pivot windows, as well as bent structures. Two aluminium profiles are connected with a thermal break, forming a profile with a frame width of 62 mm and a window sash of 70 mm. The width of profiles and their structure ensure very good strength and thermal parameters at a low price. Profiles are pressed from the EN AW-6060 alloy according to PN-EN 573-3:2009. Dimension and shape tolerances are in accordance with PN-EN 12020-2:2001.
Additional information:
Rectangular connections of sections are done by trimming the profiles at 45˚ and inserting two corners into the profile chambers, which can be pinned or crimped. Transverse connections are made with aluminium connectors, which should be pinned. A characteristic feature of the system is its close connection with the AZ-45 non-insulated window and door system as well as other Morad systems. This constructional assumption has made it possible to obtain and apply many compatible elements in these systems, such as common glazing beads, corners, sealing strips, glazing and cover gaskets, common fittings and accessories. One of the effects of unification is the almost identical external and internal appearance of finished products.
Flush window sashes in Morad systems
To meet the expectations of architects and investors, we have designed new window sashes, in which the clip is flush with the sash surface. The new design of the window sash profile is suitable for fillings that are up to 55 mm thick. This means that glass panes with a lower thermal conductivity coefficient can be used for better thermal insulation coefficients of the entire window. Clip flushed with the sash also makes it easier to install internal roller shutters.
AC-62 automatic door with labyrinth profiles
A solution for AC-62 automatic doors with the use of labyrinth profiles on the vertical edges of door leaves. The special structure of the leaf and the frame edge ensures greater tightness of the leaf edge and prevents the closed leaf from bending away from the frame; it also improves the thermal transmittance and acoustic insulation of the structure.
Profiles can be coated with any colour of the RAL palette.
We use GEZE operator devices in our systems.
